Do you treat the wood or the assembled crate?
We typically heat-treat major assemblies or the complete crate for the strongest compliance record.
What about metal parts?
We use high-temperature-tolerant hardware. All wood in contact with metal is compliant, treated wood.
What documentation do you provide?
The permanent IPPC stamp is primary. We also provide Certificates of Heat Treatment and maintain full kiln logs for 4+ years.
What if my product is heat-sensitive?

We use thermal isolation techniques, placing the item in a protected inner container within the heat-treated outer crate.

What are typical lead times?
