A forklift driver can adjust around a crooked board. A conveyor or stacker crane can’t. In an automated facility, a pallet that’s out of square, has a protruding nail or runs a little wide can stop a whole lane and send someone running with a toolbox.
We manufacture new pallets with consistent dimensions, flush fasteners and uniform board quality, so your system sees the same pallet every time. If your integrator has a spec sheet, send it over and we’ll build to it.

Yes. Share the allowable range for length, width and height and we’ll build and check against it.
New is the safest choice when tolerances are tight. Our recycled pallets are remanufactured to a standard and can also work well, so ask us about both.
Yes. We can supply a sample batch for you to run through your system. It’s cheaper to find a problem on 10 pallets than on 1,000.
