Ship with confidence. Advance Pallet and Lumber engineers and builds ISPM 15 certified heat-treated export crates that guarantee both maximum physical protection and guaranteed customs admissibility for your global shipments.
Based in Calgary, Vancouver, Surrey & Kelowna, we serve exporters across Alberta and BC. We embed compliance into every crate from the start, using certified materials, government-registered kilns, and official IPPC stamps recognized worldwide. Eliminate the risk of delays, fines, or destruction at customs.

We analyze your item's vulnerabilities, map its journey, and confirm all destination country regulations.

We design the crate type (enclosed, skid, reusable) specifying pre-certified lumber and architecture that ensures effective heat treatment.

Our skilled craftsmen build the crate in our workshops using tracked, compliant materials.

The crate is treated in our audited kilns, heated to 56°C core temperature for 30+ minutes as per ISPM 15.

We apply the official IPPC stamp (CA-XXX-HT). Your item is then immobilized inside with custom bracing.

You receive a full dossier including packing lists, Certificate of Heat Treatment (on request), and handling instructions.

We typically heat-treat major assemblies or the complete crate for the strongest compliance record.
We use high-temperature-tolerant hardware. All wood in contact with metal is compliant, treated wood.
The permanent IPPC stamp is primary. We also provide Certificates of Heat Treatment and maintain full kiln logs for 4+ years.
We use thermal isolation techniques, placing the item in a protected inner container within the heat-treated outer crate.
